Registration for the 2024 APA Annual Meeting, scheduled Sept. 28-Oct. 1 at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, San Antonio, TX will open early May, 2024.
Join us for business meetings, sporting events, EWTA Info Fair and networking. The General Session will include a keynote address (to be determined) and “State of the Industry” and “State of the Association” addresses by APA Board of Trustees Chairman Doug Asano and APA President Mark Tibbetts and the presentation of the Bronson J. Lewis Award.

At this year’s General Session of the Annual Meeting, APA will be hosting a panel of three experts to discuss the opportunities for the application of Artificial Intelligence in the Wood Products Industry. Each panelist will provide a brief presentation and then there will be time for Q and A. APA Board of Trustees Chair Doug Asano will moderate the discussion. Following the General Session, there will be the opportunity to meet with the panelists in a more informal setting for further discussion and Q and A.

It’s easy to register for the annual meeting online. The registration deadline is September 6, 2024. Registration fees are $845 for APA members, Info Fair exhibitor and Engineered Wood Technology Association members. The registration fee for spouses is $510. Attendance at APA’s Annual Meeting is limited to APA and EWTA members and invited guests.
Registration fees cover all meeting functions, including the receptions on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and all meals on Monday. The golf, coot shoot and pickleball tournaments are not included in the registration fee. If you plan to participate, please sign up for these special events on the registration form.
When registering online, fees are payable by credit card or check. For ACH payments, choose pay by “Check” and “Send Invoice” when you register to generate an invoice. ACH instructions are posted in the Documents tab on the event website. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by September 6, 2024, less a $100 processing fee. For registrations received after September 6, 2024, registration fee for APA members, Info Fair exhibitor and Engineered Wood Technology members will be $945 and registration fee for spouse/partner will be $610.
By completing your registration for this event, you are acknowledging that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We ask all attendees to follow national, state and local guidance from health officials to minimize risk for themselves and other attendees at this conference.
APA/EWTA will be collecting the full amount of the event costs from attendees at the time of registration. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. Should you cancel your registration after the cancellation date (September 22) or circumstances arise that prevent you from attending, no refunds will be given after the event registration deadline.
