Join colleagues and others in the engineered wood industry at the 2024 APA Annual Meeting and EWTA Info Fair held in San Antonio, Texas, this September. Business meetings and a welcome reception will be held Saturday, Sept. 28, with sporting events, Info Fair and networking held on Sunday, Sept. 29.
The General Session will be held Monday, September 30, and include a keynote address and “State of the Industry” and “State of the Association” addresses by APA Board of Trustees Chairman Doug Asano and APA President Mark Tibbetts and the presentation of the Bronson J. Lewis Award.
It’s easy to register for the annual meeting online. Registration fees are $845 for APA members, Info Fair exhibitor and Engineered Wood Technology Association members. The registration fee for spouses is $510.
Attendance at APA’s Annual Meeting is limited to APA and EWTA members and invited guests.
Registration fees cover all meeting functions, including the receptions on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and all meals on Monday. The golf, coot shoot and pickleball tournaments are not included in the registration fee. If you plan to participate, please sign up for these special events on the registration form. The registration deadline is September 6, 2024.
When registering online, fees are payable by credit card or check. For ACH payments, choose pay by “Check” and “Send Invoice” when you register to generate an invoice. ACH instructions are posted in the Documents tab on the event website. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by September 6, 2024, less a $100 processing fee. For registrations received after September 6, 2024, the registration fee for APA members, Info Fair exhibitors, and EWTA members will be $945. The registration fee for a spouse/partner will be $610.
APA/EWTA will be collecting the full amount of the event fees from attendees at the time of registration. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. Should you cancel your registration after the cancellation date (September 6) or circumstances arise that prevent you from attending, no refunds will be given after the event registration deadline.
