Set on a barrier island in northeastern Florida, the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa overlooks the white sands of Fernandina Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel Reservations

APA has reserved a block of rooms at a rate of $279 per night as well as a reduced rate of $29 resort fee per night. Make reservations online or call (904) 261-6161 and ask for the 2026 APA Annual Meeting group rate. APA will not be able to assist with reservations or travel arrangements made outside of the group block.

As of August 10th, Friday & Saturday nights are sold out through the regular block. If you need a room on Friday or Saturday at our discounted rate, you will be in one of the villas in the building next door to the main hotel. Omni Amelia Island Hotel offers valet parking at $40+ taxes per day; self parking at $25+ taxes per day.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car makes it easy with curbside rental and/or vehicle delivery at select island locations. Uber and Lyft are both options for travel on the Island based on driver availability but can be somewhat limited on our small island, so we encourage visitors to use these local transportation companies. Check your app!

If you would rather have someone else do the driving for you, we have a myriad of traditional transportation services to get you from place to place. Or go nontraditional and explore our island on a horse, a bicycle or something in between!
