This is an EWTA and APA MEMBERS-ONLY event.
All EWTA attendees must be an exhibitor or sponsor (excluding golf or tennis) to participate in APA’s Annual meeting.
Only EWTA members can exhibit and attend this event. If you are not a member, please contact ewta@engineeredwood.org for more information before you register. Note: Shared registrations are not accepted and cannot be accommodated.
Once your company has signed up to sponsor or exhibitor and attend the APA Annual Meeting/EWTA Info Fair, an email will be sent to the main contact based on the registration information provided. The email, from Emily Houg, will provide registration details on how to add company attendees.
Note: The format/layout of the exhibit booths are pending. Upon registration, and the overall layout is determined, Emily will reach out to companies to provide booth location options. We request that companies make their selection within 48 hours of being notified. Otherwise, a booth location may be selected for you.

Saturday, Oct. 14 from Noon – 5:00 pm
All booths must be set-up and ready by 5:00 pm on Saturday.
Monday, Oct. 16 from 7:00-10:00 pm
All booths must be taken down by 10:00 pm Monday, or late fees will apply.
This is MANDATORY and required before an exhibitor is allowed onsite. You must name both APA and EWTA as additional insured. Please email your proof of insurance to EWTA. Due by September 22, 2023.
Please have your insurance company issue and send a certificate of insurance naming The Engineered Wood Technology Association and APA – The Engineered Wood Association as “additional insureds” on your existing business liability policy to include at least the range of dates for one week before and one week after the event (October 23 – 27, 2023). No shows are subject to full payment.
If you choose to not use EWTA’s preferred method of shipping through Info Fair’s decorator (pending), you will be responsible to make your own arrangements to and from the hotel.
EWTA will not be responsible for accepting shipments or organizing pick-ups with shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, etc. If you choose to ship directly to the hotel through one of these companies, it will be your responsibility to get your shipment from the hotel. All shipping and storage fees the hotel charges will be your responsibility as an exhibitor during Info Fair.
By completing your registration for this event, you are acknowledging that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We ask all attendees to follow national, state and local guidance from health officials to minimize risk for themselves and other attendees at this conference.
APA/EWTA will be collecting the full amount of the event costs from attendees at the time of registration. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. Should you cancel your registration past the cancellation date (September 22, 2023) or circumstances arise that prevent you from attending, no refunds will be given after the event registration deadline.
All sponsor options, based on the level, include one or more complimentary APA registrations. Contact Emily for details on how to register your staff using a special code for the complimentary registrations. Note that additional staff over the complimentary number must register individually at the EWTA member registration fee.
